Change of prices of goods

PRINTOPIX.com has the right to change prices at its discretion at any time without owing prior notice to users. The user is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time the contract was concluded. In the event of technical errors in the publication on the site, PRINTOPIX.com has the right to refuse performance of the contract and does not owe any compensation whatsoever to the user, except to refund the amounts paid by the user, if any. 

The notice of reduced prices is made by placing the new price next to the old price, which is struck through. If no term for the reduced price is specified, this price is valid until stocks are exhausted, but not more than 1 month, or 6 months when under the conditions of Art. 66, para. 2 of the CPA (Consumer Protection Act).

Rights and obligations under the Consumer Protection Act

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) we at PRINTOPIX.com are obliged to and freely provide you with the following information:

1. Name and address of the company - SPUKI EOOD, Sofia, Mladost-1 district, 41 Yerusalim St., tel. 0887 433 955.

2. The main characteristics of the goods are described in detail on the presentation page of each product.

3. The price of the goods is stated INCLUDING VAT on the presentation pages of the respective product.

4. The value of the transport costs for delivery, which ARE NOT INCLUDED in the price of the goods, can be seen in the Terms and Delivery section.

5. We do not impose any additional value when using the presented means of communication with us.

6. The delivery methods are described in detail in Terms and Delivery.

7. Payment for the goods complies with Art. 93, para. 1 of the Obligations and Contracts Act (OCA), for which the corresponding document is issued.

 Transport and other costs for receiving and returning the goods are borne by the user.

Upon receipt of the shipment, you must check the contents of the package for conformity of the goods with the order. 

In case of damage to the appearance of the goods occurring during transport, you must contact the courier for a damaged shipment report.
